This is not a real pre-evolution of Skarmory

also not good with name so if you have one for this little guy let me know

ok to explain a little the pre-evolution i created for skarmory, thing like pokedex description.

He skin an metal part are wounded because of the needle nest created by skarmory.

Because the nest is made out of needles he quickly grow metal part to cover his body and wings.
